The 2.8l Duramax engine in the Holden Colorado RG Duramax has a common issue of the factory rubbery plastic s type seal that connects the factory intercooler pipe to the throttle body pipe getting too soft and squishy with age and oil absorption.
Once it has soften it is all but impossible to get it to hold the pipe in place and will constantly pop off.
Our CNC fits onto the throttle body using the bolts supplied to ensure it can never pop off again.
The factory intercooler pipe can then be hose clamped to the bead rolled inlet end on our throttle pipe.
